About Our Speaker:

Tatum M. Fuller is an attorney with experience practicing in Alaska and the District of Columbia across multiple legal disciplines, including civil, domestic relations and criminal litigation. In previous positions she has handled federal appeals of administrative decisions and equal employment opportunity, harassment and wrongful dismissal claims in the context of the armed and uniformed services of the United States of America. Background includes drafting complex appellate briefs, employment contracts, and commercial operational agreements. Managed claims under the Administrative Procedure Act, Federal Tort Claims Act, and Privacy Act through federal appeals. As a Military Defense Attorney, handled cases involving the correction of military records, and applications for medical malpractice through the Department of Defense in addition to representing clients before parole boards and disciplinary review panels. Taken on leadership roles in managing legal teams apprised of paralegals, private attorneys and JAG officers.
