WITH ALASKA'S OWN DR. ANNE ZINK!

Greetings AAHU friends!
It was wonderful to see so many of you at our Botanical Garden event and we are excited to keep the momentum moving with a special end-of-summer program. We are thrilled to announce our guest speaker for the event will be Alaska’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Anne Zink! Dr. Zink’s outstanding leadership at the onset and throughout the pandemic has been extremely beneficial for Alaska and we are very excited to have her speak to AAHU.
The event will be held on the lawn at The Alaska Zoo on September 9th from 2:00 to 5:00. An outline of events is below. This event will be free to members and $30 for non-members.
Have a question or topic for Dr. Zink? Please email us at info@alaskaahu.com as soon as possible with what you would like to learn from Dr. Zink! We will gather input and formulate a list of questions and topics AAHU Members would like to hear about in advance of the event and share with her team. She may not be able to field every question, but we would like to hear from you.
We would also like to recognize our 2021 Medal Partners. We greatly appreciate their support. We are working hard in the new season to bring you fresh, relevant and valuable content and our partners are instrumental in our ability to deliver. Thank you AAHU partners. We also rely on the support of our membership and we want to say thank you to all of you who supported AAHU during the pandemic and continue to engage as we move forward. We cannot do it without you either. If your membership has lapsed or you are currently not an active member, we would greatly appreciate your consideration for supporting AAHU for the 2021 season.

Program Outline
2:00 to 3:00—This opening hour is for connecting as professionals, visiting with our partners and enjoying each other’s company! Please plan to join us at 2:00!
3:00 to 4:00—Dr. Zink’s talk
4:00 to 5:00—Hang around after Dr. Zink’s talk for a beer and wine happy hour! We cannot confirm that Dr. Zink’s schedule will permit her to join, but please plan to hang out, have a beverage and tour the Zoo if you’d like!
