Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Albert Fogle moved to Alaska while serving in the United States Army.  Mr. Fogle is the Regional Sales Manager overseas operations for Moda Health & Delta Dental of Alaska.  He is the past Treasurer of HealtheConnect, board member and Chair of the Budget and Audit Subcommittee of the Alaska Industrial Development & Exchange Authority and Alaska Energy Authority, plus a past three-time president of the NABIP Alaska Chapter.  Mr. Fogle has three young children and takes advantage of living in Alaska by hiking, biking, and skiing with his family and dogs.

Kelli Lee has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry.  Kelli currently works as an account manager for Moda Health in the Alaska market. She has been a member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP) since 2014 serving in various Alaska State NABIP positions over the years and is currently serving as the treasurer for the Alaska chapter.

Joel Lewis is an Insurance Broker who was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. He attended University of Alaska’s Culinary program after high school and is licensed as both a P&C and Life & Heath producer.  He began his journey in the health insurance industry by working for his dad at Alaska Employee Benefits in 2010. For the past 13 year, he has been learning the business, educating, and providing benefits to employers along with their employees across the state of Alaska. 

In his spare time, he is kept busy with his family and loves to share his passion for food. They enjoy many outdoor activities in the summer months and traveling to different and warmer destinations during our cold winter months. If he isn’t spending time with his family, he is volunteering for the Special Olympics’ Fairbanks basketball team.

Jennifer Meyhoff

Jennifer’s a lifelong Alaskan working with MMA for over 20 years. She leads a team delivering innovative solutions with excellent client service.  She consults with employers on all aspects of employee health and benefits, retirement and compensation needs for their organization and their employees.

Her employee benefit consulting includes strategic planning, addressing self-funding complexities, guiding wellness strategy, human resource management, behavioral health care, and compliance. Relationships are the key to delivering customized solutions for complex employer groups, negotiating favorable terms and molding creative benefit design. Jennifer partners with a broad range of employers by industry and size.

In addition to volunteering with our professional association, the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals, she is an active member of our community.  Jennifer serves on various Boards and regularly participates in local nonprofit fundraising effort

 

Wendy Rogacki is a Client Manager with Marsh McLennan Agency in Anchorage, Alaska.  She has over 20 years of experience assisting employers with employee benefits and has been focusing on Alaskan group health insurance since 2018.  Wendy has enjoyed being a part of NABIP Alaska and the Legislative Committee over the last few years and in 2023 attended NABIP Capitol Conference in Washington, DC.  Wendy and her husband have three college age children and enjoys time when they can all be together.  Wendy likes walking, reading, pickleball, keeping up on the latest movies and is always looking for a new series to stream.

W. James Smallwood Jr. has been in the Health Insurance and Employee Benefits industry for 14 years. James joined Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska in 2019. He is currently part of the Account Management team, and he manages both small and large group customers in the Alaska market. James grew up in the Anchorage area and is an active member of his community. James and his lovely wife have been married for 16 years and they have three sons and one daughter. One of his favorite activities is attending College Football games.

Holly is a die-hard marketing and communication professional with over 30 years of experience in business development, branding, advertising and strategic planning. Currently, Holly is the Business Development Director for Alaska Regional Hospital where she represents the hospital to the community and helps connect employers, carriers and brokers with hospital services. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Broadcasting and Communication from the University of Alaska Fairbanks and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alaska Anchorage.

Holly has been a member of NABIP for several years and recently joined the board as the Communication Chair.

Marshall began his insurance career in 2013 when he moved to Anchorage, Alaska to begin as a Benefits Counselor with Colonial Life.  In 2015 he was promoted to Agency Development Manager and began recruiting, training, and opening accounts with reps in his team.  As an “ADM” I worked heavily with my clients to place the correct products and services that their employees wanted and needed with an emphasis on communication of current benefit plans.  At the latter stages of his career with Colonial Life, he begun working heavily with Brokers in the Alaska market.  He worked closely with several brokers and was successful at placing products and services with their clients.

In 2019 he began his employment at USI Insurance Services as a Sales Executive. 

In April of 2022, he accepted a position with HUB International as Vice President to expand their employee benefits practice in the Alaska market.

He has been a member of AAHU (Alaska Association of Health Underwriters now NABIP) for over 8 years.  He serves as President of the Association from 2020-2021.  He has spoken at several conferences in Alaska on the Health Insurance market as a broker during his time as an AAHU member.
