The Small Business Healthcare Solution
An AHP is an association of small employers banded together to obtain comprehensive affordable health insurance for their employees.
AHPs enable small businesses to pool their employees as a group, taking advantage of the additional value and reduced administrative expenses along with the most significant market trends to look for. Albert Fogle, the Regional Sales Manager from MODA, will provide a comprehensive overview of AHPs including compliance and regulations, some advantages of AHPs as well as his thoughts on the future of AHPs.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Albert Fogle moved to Alaska while serving in the United States Army as an Infantry Team Leader and Communications Operator. Fogle joined RISQ Consulting in 2010, where he developed, implemented, and executed strategic sales plans to achieve RISQ Consulting's sales goals and objectives and was a member of the executive team. In 2019, Fogle joined Moda Health and Delta Dental of Alaska as a Sales Executive and serves now as Regional Sales Manager. He is responsible for developing new business and renewing existing accounts in all market segments and lines of business. He works to position Moda Health and Delta Dental of Alaska as the leading insurance carriers in the market.
Active in the community, Fogle serves as a board member and treasurer of healtheConnect, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that promotes health information exchange in the 49th state, as well as a board member and chair of the budget and audit subcommittee of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority and the Alaska Energy Authority. He is also a past two-time president of the Alaska Association of Health Underwriters.
